Description

The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Phoenix office and assist with front desk coverage. Assist with purchasing and accounting tasks, and general administrative tasks. Answer and direct phone calls, accept packages, and greet visitors while providing excellent customer service.   • Prior experience providing customer service in a professional environment
  • Proficient use/understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience providing administration support to a group or division preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Ability to efficiently complete tasks and projects while incurring interruptions required
  • Must be able to write clear, professional emails, and communicate effectively with field personnel, subcontractors, owners and others
