Contact Center Manager will seek to fulfill our vision by Making a Difference in the lives of members and employees, and will direct the operations of the Contact Center and iTeller team.

The Contact Center Manager directs the operations of the Contact Center ensuring organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans are met. The Contact Center Manager develops staff through coaching and engagement. The Contact Center Manager manages day-to-day activities. The Contact Center Manager will be expected to cover staffing needs and help in other daily roles as needed.

  • Provide leadership to the Assistant Managers with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and evaluating the Contact Center workflow of the department. Provide leadership to the Assistant Managers in supervising employees in the department, interviewing potential employees, arranging employee work schedules, coaching and developing the Contact Center team, and performs employee reviews and disciplinary action.
  • Monitors regulatory and compliance changes and take appropriate action; ensures compliance with outside regulations and standard operating procedures. Represents the Credit Union in an exemplary manner and works with Management, employees, and vendors to maintain positive relationships. Keeps senior management informed of area problems and activities.
  • Assists with integrating new products, services, policies, regulation updates, system upgrades, and project deployments. Ensure that team members are confident and up to date on changes in order to be able to service the membership effectively.
