We need you to

  • Be an agent of improvement: You recognize and communicate information that will allow us to consistently improve customer experience
  • Use your super powers: You can capture and anticipate customer needs
  • Navigate the Amare Matrix: You must possess proficient computer skills
  • Know you are Limitless: You are capable of logical and critical thinking


  • 2-4 years experience as a customer service representative (phone rep experience a plus), but please leave your preconceived notions of what customer service is behind, because you will be expected to do things the Amare way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field highly desirable
  • Spanish or French bilingual is a plus
