Excellent full time customer service representative opening available with an industry leader in ophthalmic equipment manufacturing. Seeking a customer service driven professional with 1-3 years previous call center or customer relations experience. The hours of the position are Monday Friday 9am-6pm with the ability to rotate your schedule on earlier shifts.

Summary: The Customer Support Representative is responsible for inbound customer contact as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Processes orders via phone, email, online or paper purchase order.


Answers all incoming Customer Service calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.


Processes back orders.


Communicates consistently with customer on the status of orders.


Prepares custom paperwork for international shipments.


Invoices customer orders.


Tracks customer shipments.


Uses DocuWare to scan customer files.


Log technical calls for service issues.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of previous customer service experience

Proficient in using MS Office Suite and SAP experience.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of external & internal customers.

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
