At RCS, we are looking for ABA Behavior Therapists to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 20 years.

Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Therapist:

• Work 1:1 with children in a variety of settings, such as center based and home based
• Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
• Data collection
• Graphing
• Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and families

Locations that we service clients can include:

• Medford, Malden, Everett, Somerville, Cambridge
• Middleton, Danvers, Lynnfield, Peabody, Saugus, Lynn, Salem
• Wilmington, Burlington, Woburn, Lexington, Winchester, Arlington

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working with children
• Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelors degree
• Able to work afternoon and evening hours
• Reliable transportation
• Candidates with an Associates Degree and experience may be considered
• Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Able to submit a transcript

• Comprehensive training program that prepares you to sit for the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification exam
• Oversight and support from several experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
