Job Summary: Assist the EcoFlora Outreach Coordinator and EcoFlora Seasonal Outreach in leading field trips, curating and adding observations of the flora of the metro Denver area to iNaturalist, and production of physical and digital materials related to the EcoFlora project.

Career Type: Part-time

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Education/Experience: High school students currently enrolled or recent (within one year) high school graduates with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Excellent customer service and communication skills and comfortable interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds is required. Fluency in Spanish and English preferred. Computer and/or technology proficiency preferred. Must be able to maintain attention to detail and a positive attitude under sometimes uncomfortable field conditions.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for assigned aspects of outreach programs.
• Responsible for assigned aspects of outdoor programs.
• Responsible for proper handling of education and research specimens.
