Join our growing Electrical Service Team! Compu Dynamics has an immediate opening for an Electrician with experience as a Lead covering Northern Virginia.

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus (Journeyman/Master license only)

Essential Functions:

1. Oversees job site

2. Leads, trains and mentors' Electrical Levels 1 and 2

3. Lay out all jobs and prioritize the scope of work to Electrical Levels 1 and 2

4. Ability to perform all phases of electrical repair and maintenance to include, but not limited to, switch gear, generators, UPS systems, transfer switches, VFDs, PDUs, testing equipment and emergency systems

5. Ability to troubleshoot problems, collect data, establish facts and present a valid conclusion

6. Ability to read all schematics and drawings

7. Provides daily updates to the customer and management

8. Arranges for purchasing of supplies, materials and equipment

9. Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform installations or service to the equipment and/or mechanical system

10. Provides timely and completed documentation of work performed

11. Drives company vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws

12. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Required Education and Experience:

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. 8+ years' experience in the field or related area

3. Journeyman or Master Electrician license or equivalent electrical training and experience

4. Valid driver's license in good standing
