Product Manager, Professional Experience Mobile Apps

Location: Intapp offices in either Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, or Palo Alto, CA

In this position you get to work across products and sectors to build out the best possible mobile app experience for our professional users. You will have an opportunity to shape the mobile app landscape at Intapp. We are in the process of unifying the mobile apps across the product portfolio and completely redesigning/rewriting them. You will coordinate with other product managers and product leaders and act as an internal and external mobile app expert and evangelist.

In this role you will have engagement and interaction with clients and Intapp front line teams (sales, customer success, professional services, support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering leaders to develop a prioritized and groomed backlog aligned to the product roadmap
  • Partner with key stakeholders and users to define and design product solutions
  • Work with engineering leads to manage the product development lifecycle with our engineering team
  • Identify requirements, design features and groom user stories for Intapp's Mobile Apps
  • Work directly with an agile engineering team to participate in sprints, lead story time, develop features and produce releases
  • Lead user discovery sessions with clients and prospects.
  • Prioritize use cases for development
  • Write product documentation, user guides, and field enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the sales and go-to-market teams to drive the field and customer engagement plans, including early adopter programs
  • Provide product expertise in competitive sales cycles, marketing events, other outbound activities as required
  • Establish strong relationships with Engineering, Services, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Customer Support teams.

Required Skills/Experience

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field required
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in technical product management with success and experience managing mobile platforms
  • Experience with React Native or similar technology
  • A love for user experience and design
  • Balance of business and technical understanding of software, systems and Cloud products
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, QA, customer support, marketing, user experience across various time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (customers, sales, engineering, other product managers, competitors, marketing and management)
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment
  • Experience working in the private equity or investment banking sector, a strong plus

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience with cloud-based software as a service (SAAS)
  • Basic design skills you know your way around Sketch, XD, Figma, etc
