Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. (EEI) a subsidiary of ENE Systems, Inc. is a New England based Energy Services Company. We are focused on the development and implementation of energy projects throughout New England. EEI seeks an experienced Project Manager that can manage all aspects of assigned projects.


Coordinate all scheduling, procurement, materials delivery and site work associated with assigned projects

Responsible for understanding project scope, project performance requirements, and ensuring only approved materials are installed on the project

Management of vendors and subcontractors

Requires ongoing and clear communications with company management, office staff, employees, customers, subcontractors, and vendors

Work with Business Development Manager in the successful execution of projects

Coordinate site visits, inspections and communication with engineers, suppliers and subcontractors in the development and execution of energy conservation measures

Responsible for documenting / verifying installations, creating punch lists and managing all work to completion

Participate in client meetings and presentations

All other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other technical degree preferred) or strong MEP technical trade and business experience

3-5 years direct Engineering experience with Energy experience developing or supporting energy conservation projects and/or energy services (CEM or EIT certification preferred)

Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and related energy efficiency measures such as building controls, HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.

Knowledge of utility incentive programs and application processes

Demonstrated MEP/HVAC/Controls/Solar project management experience

Travel flexibility is required with this position. Territory covers New Hampshire and could possibly include Vermont

Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (emphasis on Word & Excel), Project Management software

Strong organizational skills combine with strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment

Satisfactory completion of preemployment criminal background check, CORI, and drug screening is required
