To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective and engaged team member. Recruitment of new staff/student/volunteers. Orientation of new staff/students/volunteers. Management of full cycle recruitment including preparing job postings, organizing job fairs, moving applicants through interview process, ensuring screening of applicants for hire, offering positions, and onboarding staff for hire.


Minimal in nature.



  1. Responsible for effective management of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings.
  3. Creatively source for open positions and develop proactive recruiting techniques.
  4. Utilize online job boards, social media sites, and College job fairs for job postings and candidate sourcing.
  5. Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open positions.
  6. Utilize in-house tools, networks, cold-calling, and research methods to source passive and other interested candidates.
  7. Manage communications of available positions to agency staff (emails and announcements)
  8. Ensure reference checks and clearances are conducted on potential employees in a timely manner.
  9. Make hiring decision.
  10. Prepare and present offers of employment, ensuring that all staffing processes are followed in all phases of staffing from recruitment to hire.
  11. Schedule candidates for their first day.
  12. Communicate results and organize start dates with Supervisor [CJ1] and candidate.
  13. Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding of candidates.

a. Send out onboarding experience using ADP.

b. Follow-up with candidate about the onboarding ensuring all concerns are addressed.

c. Ensure all documents collected during the onboarding process are appropriate and completed.

d. Onboard the candidate prior to their start date.

e. Manage I-9.

  1. Demonstrate proficiency using ADP Workforce Now.
  2. Demonstrate high attention to detail in inputting information into ADP.
  3. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the positions, career opportunities, the agency, and its benefits.
  4. Provide back-up coverage and support other members of the HR Operations team with special projects during busy periods.
  5. Responsible for organizing and hosting job fairs based on needs of agency a minimum of twice a year.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to hiring managers, job applicants, and new hires.
  7. Manage agency employee referral program.
  8. Review agency Vacancy Report on a weekly basis to determine recruitment needs and for outreach to supervisors to discuss recruitment needs.
