Essential Functions:

1. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
2. Manages full life cycle recruiting
3. Assist with analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
4. Acts as liaison between company, hiring manager and candidates
5. Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and position requirements
6. Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan (AAP) compliance
7. Ensures all hiring activities are adequately tracked and maintained for OFCCP compliance
8. Maintains application forms, resumes and interview documentation for all candidates
9. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
10. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes
11. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
12. Partners with Payroll to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding
13. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Required Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
2. 2+ years' Recruitment experience
