We are seeking a RPA Digital Analyst to help us reverse engineer our existing product verticals, recommend more efficient process management, and process mine for automation (RPA). This individual should have experience working, supporting, and analyzing front, middle, and back-office systems. The ideal candidate has experience with financial systems and RPA Automation. In addition, the candidate must possess critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems at pace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & RPA Process Mining

2. Recommend and document new or enhanced business rules logic

3. Research potential new vendor systems

4. Work directly with internal partners, business units, and leadership to distill technical requirements into high-quality documentation that is easily understood by the development team

5. Manipulation of raw data into consumable format

6. Distribute documentation in a standardized, repeatable format to the appropriate audience (e.g., executive summaries for leadership, technical acceptance criteria for developers, etc.)

7. Manage daily communication between partners, vendors, and developers to ensure forward progress toward a given deadline

8. Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

1. 2+ years working in business analysis within the financial industry.

2. 2+ RPA experience

3. 2+ years managing daily communication between partners, vendors, and developers to ensure forward progress towards a given deadline.

4. Experience in Data, System and Processes Mapping

5. Experience creating and managing a complex product plan in an efficient and timely manner.

Preferred Experience

1. Working knowledge of financial Products

2. Lean Processes Improvement background

3. Scripting

4. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall workflow methodology

5. Experience with Cognos and Report building

6. Database Queries

7. Experience with collaboration tools such as: Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, and Miro

Employment:

This role is based out of Lakewood Ohio (Greater Cleveland). Local employment is ideal; however, we are accepting full-remote candidates willing to travel to the home office on an as-needed basis.
