The Role

We are looking for an energetic Sr Financial Analyst who loves partnering with the business, conducting analysis, and building processes. This role will partner with leaders in the Marketing, G&A, and Support functions to develop forecasts and manage spend throughout the period. Intapp is a growing company, so this person will need to be flexible and have a can-do attitude as we build and teach FP&A best practices to our business partners. Finally, everybody on the team is asked to actively work to automate whatever they touch, with the goal of streamlining processes and reporting over time.

This person will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Director of FP&A.

This person will:

• Help to establish best practices in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This person will be asked to propose new reporting and processes based on what they have seen in other roles.
• Serve as business partner to several G&A and Marketing teams, effectively establishing business partner relationships to teams that have received minimal support in the past.
• Support Facilities planning, including modeling headcount growth by location and CapEx requirements.
• Partner with the Support team to develop headcount capacity and efficiency models to guide growth and scale for this team over the long run.
• Ad hoc projects, as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 4 7 years of FP&A work experience, with a strong record of career progression (experience supporting Marketing teams preferred)
• Experience building Tableau dashboards is a plus
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• SaaS experience preferred
• Superior Excel skills
• Adaptive Planning, Netsuite experience a plus
• Experience working independently
• Innate ability to build relationships with and advise business partners, managers, and colleagues
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who identifies what needs to be done, or should be done, and then does it
